"What a wonderful place to stay. Five grown adults behaving like children looking around and saying wow all the time on entry probably says it all - the home is beautifully presented, was warm and inviting with the lights and heating on so despite it being a cold day was really good. Plenty of everything is provided so we had no trouble making the place our own for our stay over the Victorian weekend. We were staying with Sumner Silver Band and many of the band came to visit the place - there was ample room for guests with the three well-appointed sitting areas and the great views and outdoor spaces were a boon. A substantial degree of envy was expressed that we got to stay in the best accommodation! 100% happy with the stay and will certainly be looking to book again if we travel to Oamaru in future."
